Section 18
Appointment Of Liquidator
Nepal Government may appoint a liquidator, if any Insurer has been dissolved due to the cancellation of its registration pursuant to
Section13, The functions, duties and powers of the liquidator so appointed shall be equivalent to those of a government liquidator pursuant to Company Act, 2053.
